Your wish will be granted shortly!

In fact, Leopold Palomo-Avellaneda provided me a clever solution to
the the problem that lets both Qt3-based and Qt4-based SoQt coexist --
even the development packages. We worked on refining it and testing
over the past few days and just uploaded it last night.

Since it involves new packages (soqt3-dev and soqt4-dev, etc), it will
be stuck in the NEW queue for a while. I just placed the diffs and
debs in http://people.debian.org/~smr/ if you want a sneak peek.

I do indeed accept patches. I'd love it if you could test out
the stuff from people.debian.org. Be sure to look at README.Debian
and let me know if it needs clarifying.

Thanks,
