It sounds reasonable to have both fish_history and fishd.$HOSTNAME stored
under $XDG_CACHE_HOME.  I have a patch I'll forward upstream to see how the
author feels about such changes.  I'd prefer not to make such a change in a
Debian revision though since fish does some checks for files in its startup to
make sure things are in the proper place (in case of upgrade).
