Package: debian-policy Version: 3.7.3.0 Section 11.8.6 refers to /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/app-defaults/, and mandates a conflict on 'xbase (<< 3.3.2.3a-2)', which is not even in oldstable. I think this should be dropped now, see attached diff against 3.7.3.0.
