My appologies for a slow reply... Yes, the description is wrong, as I moved the binaries but forgot to change the description. I noticed it the next time I upgraded and then never got around to fixing it.
My last reading of policy suggested that the X11 path was depricated and that bins should be in /usr/bin. Please point me to where it says otherwise? While I agree that discription and actual location should agree, I am not convinced that I have the wrong location...
