Well, I think "bts" is not to blame for the comment to be vulgar ;-) But anyway, I agree that the change should either be announced or reverted... We're going to speak with the BTS maintainer to define the proper action to take when an email generated by bts contains a comment, as it was originally suggested that the BTS itself would gain similar functionality.
