Could you please be a bit more specific. Please state, what actions you take and what behaviour you get. Why do you think that the folder is either in use or isn't an allowed name? Is there a dialog popping up? Further, please state clearly, which mail server you are using and if it is a pop or imap account. Is this problem with local folders only?
