Yes - that is the right one !
And as i have written it works under root.

I checked this.

I found in /dev/bus/usb/001
crw-rw-r-- 1 root root    189, 0  5. Okt 15:40 001
crw-rw-r-- 1 root scanner 189, 4  5. Okt 17:03 005

I also altered the group for 001 without no effect.

That's right, it was plugged.
No i disconnected and plugged in again - same result.

So i don't know how to solve the problem again ...
