No, unfortunately not. I'm therefore giving up this ITP. I did send an e-mail
to upstream, though, and asked about the license clarification. They
responded that the program is fully licensed under GNU GPLv2, the
sentence "Any output from this program is intended for informational,
research and evaluation purposes only." is only there to ensure the user
understands the purpose of the software and its limitations.
