Thanks for noticing. 

The changes you made are correct but, in some way, changed the file
headers...which are used to contact the translator and translation
team. They also carry the file's copyright information.

I corrected this to put back the information that was in the former
version of the file.

I also used that oppotuniry to fix a couple of quirks in the file:

"sur X" --> "sous X"
a double space somewhere
"vous devriez ne pas" --> "vou sne devriez pas"
