Er, this is not the way to work with the Translation Project.  You
can't send updates to maintainers, either Debian maintainers or
upstream maintainers; they must go through the Translation Project's
robot, or they will simply be lost.

I also don't know what file you're patching.  The GDB 6.3-6 binary
package does not contain any PO files.  I assume you've found the BFD
or Opcodes translations in the source, which are not installed -
they're part of binutils.
