I've unset in preferences->privacy->javascript all options - ie in particular (java)script aren't allowed to disable/change context menu, yet I hit a page where a js could in fact disable the clic-dx menu: it pops-up but does nothing; see http://aidaonline3.agenziadogane.it/nsitaric/index.html then follow button 'consultazioni' at bottom, then on popup page try clix-dx.
