I would suggest to fix this asap. AFAICS Debian's Kerberos installation is not supposed to be configured following MIT's official documentation on http://web.mit.edu/Kerberos/krb5-1.6/#documentation. If Debian's own documentation is not applicable, then this is a fatal problem.
