Adding Provides to deluge is not much overhead and it saves problem when
user had some own package depending on deluge-torrent (even if there
are no revdeps in archive).

Leaving out deluge-torrent-common dummy package is probably safe
because deluge-core will be pulled in by dependencies on upgrade.
