Yup, you are right. Strange, but dpkg -i spamassassin_3.2.5-4_all.deb didn't installed new version of /etc/init.d/spamassassin for me :(, right now I had removed /etc/init.d/spamassassin and asked dpkg to --force-all, only that helped :( Now spamassasin stops OK.
