Well, -4 works again. But according to the log http://experimental.debian.net/fetch.php?&pkg=gmp&ver=2%3A4.2.4%2Bdfsg-4&arch=powerpc&stamp=1237142221&file=log&as=raw it's again fully 32bit as was -2.
