sources.  Did you ever look at _this package's_ changelog?

Gsl source 1.12 were promptly dealt with resulting new gsl* packages and new
gsl-doc packages. See e.g. PTS pages for gsl and gsl-doc.

gsl-ref-html and gsl-ref-psdoc are strictly complimentary and re-package
_documentation_ taken from the GNU GSL release pages.
