What I meant is that I downloaded gsl-ref-html_1.10-1.{dsc,orig.tar.gz,diff.gz},
then I extracted the source package, then I removed the html files and renewed
then by running make -f debian/rules upstream, and finally build the package
after apropriate change in the debian/changelog file.
Of course, I keep the package only on my own computers.

Gsl source 1.12 were promptly dealt with resulting new gsl* packages and new
gsl-doc packages. See e.g. PTS pages for gsl and gsl-doc.
gsl-ref-html and gsl-ref-psdoc are strictly complimentary and re-package
_documentation_ taken from the GNU GSL release pages.
