Steps to reproduce the crash:
1. create a local folder (eg testdir), containing a file (testfile)
2. connect to the ftp server and upload the testdir (containing testfile)
3. delete testdir and testfile on the ftp server using other means, without 
affecting the current mc ftp session (no refreshing, no nothing)
4. try again to upload testdir, using the first mc ftp session used to upload 
the first time
