Package: petsc
Version: 3.0.0
Severity: normal

Hi,

While it seems that setting PETSC_DIR, PETSC_ARCH and PETSC_LIB_DIR works
around the problem when petsc alone is used, slepc is *still unusable* even
when SLEPC_DIR and SLEPC_LIB_DIR are set as well.

Regards,
