I do agree, but crashes occured for three different reasons for me (the
first being fixed by upgrading from 4.2 to 4.4, there was a closed bug
report on that, though I dont know which number), and I found quite some
more reports on crashes, so this seemed quite useful to me.
Those bugs crash *one* UI, if you use 'text' it will work, so
reportbug is not unusable, only one of its ui (that it's currently
under heavy development) has some bugs.
I see, did not know this, sry for filing this wish then and for the too
high estimation of #530685's severity. Maybe there should be a warning
about the gui's state in the configuration dialogue?
