The version of phpwiki shipped within PHPwiki is 0.6.3 vs the recently packaged 0.7.3. The best solution to this bug will be for upstream to either update nusoap in PHPwiki (seems unlikely as it's nearly dead upstream) or for someone to provide a patch to the current package that they have verified does not break any functionality. As such I'm tagging this bug as help wanted.
