tags 384372 + patch thanks Hi, the attached patch add support for both IPv6 nameservers and IPv6 AAAA entries. I've already tried it standalone and via wireshark and it is correctly working.
I've built preliminary packages[0] for both i386[1] and amd64[2] for your convenience. Please note that those are raw packages not ready to be uploaded and could be still a bit messed up :) A copy of this patch is also available for reference on the web[3], and the entire git branch on github[4].
