Already two years ago this has been discussed on the TeX-Live upstream list, http://article.gmane.org/gmane.comp.tex.live/14859/match=vlna, and now again a couple of weeks ago: http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.comp.tex.live/15958/focus=16165 While both threads list alternatives, I don't see why the program shouldn't be included in TeXLive. It seems to be easy to compile it on Linux, and probably elsewhere. Comments?
