There is no init file in the Babel or ahcpd packages.
IMHO, there should be files /etc/config/babeld and /etc/config/ahcpd
that control the set of interfaces to take into account, and an init
file should do something like
babeld -D $interfaces
with the usual start-stop-daemon nonsense. If no /etc/config file is
found, babeld and ahcpd should not be started.
