The packages itcl3 and itk3 have migrated to Tcl/Tk 8.5 recently. This breaks msort-gui because it uses tclsh which still points to tclsh8.4 by default. The attached patch fixes the bug. It isn't strictly necessary because in a few weeks the default Tcl/Tk version will be set to 8.5 and the default tclsh will point to tclsh8.5, but if you want the msort-gui package work in a meantime then it's better to apply the patch.
