Thanks for the tip but I will avoid dependency based boot sequencing for now.
I'm still convinced that a package that force other packages to be purged
instead of removed in order to work is not a good thing.
  Perhaps that /etc/init.d/* files are not needed anymore after a remove
of a package, but this is not necessary the case of other conffiles or
data (database, logcheck files, ...)
