Package: firebird2.0-server-common Version: 2.0.4.13130-1.ds1-4 Severity: minor
Firebird's security database located in /var/lib/firebird/2.0/system/security.fdb has a wrong name. In Firebird 2.0.x the database should be named firebird2.fdb due to changes betweent Firebird 1.5 and 2.0. There is also a symbolic link placed in /usr/lib/firebird/2.0 named security2.fdb and leading to /var/lib/firebird/2.0/system/security.fdb. Is there any particular reason for the wrong name? -- System Information: Debian Release: 5.0.3 APT prefers stable APT policy: (500, 'stable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.26-2-686 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=pl_PL.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=pl_PL.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages firebird2.0-server-common depends on: ii adduser 3.110 add and remove users and groups firebird2.0-server-common recommends no packages. firebird2.0-server-common suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
