After upgrading from 0.94.3-25 to 0.94.3-26 I am missing the link
/etc/rcS.d/??netenv to /etc/init.d/netenv. Netenv doesn't start
while booting.
After I did an dpkg-reconfigure netenv the link
/etc/rcS.d/14netenv to /etc/init.d/netenv was created and netenv
runs before /etc/rcS.d/16networking now.
