Package: grub-efi Version: 1.97~beta4-1 Severity: normal
Hello I tried making a live USB stick with grub-efi and mistyped the initrd location. When I corrected the line in the editor and retried boot grub would say memory allocation failed. However, correcting the entry right away on the next boot did not cause any error. -- System Information: Debian Release: 5.0.3 APT prefers stable APT policy: (900, 'stable'), (500, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.32-rc3 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) (ignored: LC_ALL set to en_US.UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages grub-efi depends on: ii grub-efi-ia32 1.97~beta4-1 GRand Unified Bootloader, version grub-efi recommends no packages. grub-efi suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
