Hi,

There are three modes of operation.

1. kernel kqemu for everything including kernel code
2. kernel kqemu for userland code
3. no kqemu

The current option is to do 2, and not 1, since 1 did not sometimes
work.  If you can show 1 always works, I can turn that on, but I think
the improvement is minimal.
