Ok, it seems this is a more widespread problem. I've seen it on
several other man pages now, at least: dpkg-deb(1), locale(1),
mlocate(1).

I've checked if this was maybe due to some zlib problem, but
gunzipping and running “man -l” on the file shows it truncated too.
Checked too if it's maybe a groff problem, but running with
something like “groff -mman -a” shows it fine.

So reassigning here, as it seems the most appropriate place, but it
might be something else, it might also be related to 562503, but
cannot tell. The severity might need to be higher too, as it makes
man-db a bit unhelpful. :)
