Package: xemacs21-basesupport Version: 2005.05.05-1 Severity: normal
My organization recently upgraded CVS server to version 1.12.12 After this change PCL-CVS is no more working correctly (I still use standard 1.12.9 client on debian). Attempts to commit result in the following: - error like the one below shown above files list in CVS buffer: Message: Parser Error: '/DATA/CVSrepos/igoweb/src/modules/igoweb/App/Form/tan_card_list.pm,v <-- modules/igoweb/App/Form/tan_card_list.pm' Message: Parser Error: 'new revision: 1.2; previous revision: 1.1' - the file(s) commited still remain flagged as Modified in this buffer - (most irritating) file(s) commited are not reloaded so any attempts to edit them result in xemacs notification that the file has changed outside editor As far as I know CVS recently changed its output a bit, in particular they changed datetime format and started to use relative paths like one shown above. -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.8 Locale: LANG=pl_PL, LC_CTYPE=pl_PL (charmap=ISO-8859-2) Versions of packages xemacs21-basesupport depends on: ii perl 5.8.7-3 Larry Wall's Practical Extraction xemacs21-basesupport recommends no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
