I've already check the memory, nothing wrong here.

As you say, I'll should try to access the directly to the disk than via a mounted disk. I'll try that first. Then I'll look at the kernel, but that's an unknown world for me. Perhaps a problem with Grub2, Lvm2, and the differents partitions.
