I cannot reproduce the original problem either. With TaskBarAutoHide=1 AutoHideDelay=0 it behaves as expected if you don't click. However I see another issue with quite opposite symptoms: sometimes if I click on the task bar it does not hide. However, after doing some other actions with the taskbar it starts working again. I still haven't figured out what exactly is needed to reproduce it.
