I have several tools that depend on it, and yes, I do test packages
myself. Getting stuff uploaded by some random guy in a hurry doesn't
look quite right to me.

And that it *can* go directly into unstable doesn't mean it should.

Yes it is, yes I am; therefore, I'm not uploading right now to
unstable, nor letting you do so.
