I agree with that: someone that does not want to publish his full name should really registrer using a pseudonym, unless explicitely told that his full name will not be displayed. It is not the case with DokuWiki. Thus, I lower the severity as this bug. If you have time and think it is worth it, you can prepare a more elaborated patch.
