Thanks a lot for the bug report. Unfortunatly I'm not sure how to fix this problem though. My knowledge about the X internal details are not good enough, simply. However I'll see what I can do about this. Upstream is not really supporting the free version with this kind of feature updates unfortunatly. Good to know the workaround. Maybe that gives me or someone else a way to create a patch.
