In fact, I ask the release team a few weeks ago and never got an answer.
As there are only two reverse dependencies for yaz (tellico and a perl module)
and as binNMU are not enough (build-dependencies must be changed), I uploaded
yaz4 to unstable a few days ago.
I just see that tellico links to lots of libs. I think that yaz migration
will be blocked until tellico is updated. But you can take as many time as you
want, in particular if you want to wait for kde4.4.
