Hmm, Actually I honestly don't know which application uses the MAILDIR environment setting. A long time ago I edited /etc/login.defs QMAIL_DIR setting just because I use Maildir instead of mbox, but not to get some application working. :-) Do you know any application which uses it? Greetings Arjan
