Ah. But, the changelog entry you quoted was for the same version... So does 
the accepted 1:2.6.24+dfsg-1 upload include the changes from the not accepted 
1:2.6.24+dfsg-1 upload, but lacks that changelog entry??

In any case, you should not reuse changeloig entries, but instead increment 
the version.

Well, I dont know if the bug is closed. So you included teh fix, but not the 
changelog entry? If so, I would suggest to include the changelog entry in a 
later upload (but for the old version).
