Great, thanks. I'll test it when I get to DebConf10. On my phone when I tried the new SHR-u, the SHR-t and SHR-u installations were sharing the ~/.e directory and now the SHR-t installation no longer has this issue even though it did have it before. I'm guessing there is some setting that defaults to bad behaviour in the old e17 so I'll try removing the old preferences too. -- bye, pabs http://wiki.debian.org/PaulWise
