Hi, the .pot file I used the first time was generated from the samba packege currently comming with Debian by myself. I couldn't find information on how to translate "the right way" and gave it a try with this file. But thanks to you and the quick response I completed my task with the new template file provided by you. I used kbabel to translate this time and hope I didn't mess up the format of the file. So please feel free to correct any problems this file might have since I don't know any better.
