I've tested around 10 of the RFCs you posted and none of them are real RFCs. All are: 1839 Not Issued. 1840 Not Issued. I've dropped intentionally the non-issues RFCs from the packaging, as rfc-editor doesn't provide any content for them, and they are marked as such in rfc-index.txt.
