Frankly speaking, console management is a big mess, imho, with nearly nobody caring enough..:-) console-cyrillic and console-terminus can be dropped. They used to be installed for several languages (Cyrillic ones and Eastern european ones) but we use console-setup now. The same stands for console-data which we kept for Western European languages...until we dropped it too. console-common is superseded by kbd so you can drop it too. One of both is Recommended by console-setup. So, indeed, the comments are right: drop everything mentioned "for lenny and earlier" and keep what's mentioned "for squeeze" but add kbd to this.
