In ispell (1) the file section for local files reads:
$HOME/.ispell_hashfile
User's private dictionary
I have ingerman installed and the name of my local directory is
$HOME/.ispell_default
So if both exist, both should be mentioned here, if the name was
changed in the code it should be changed here as well.
