Ok, I installed fvwm-crystal, and tried it.
The fact is, fvwm doesn't provide an "icon tray".

If you start "wicd-client", what it does it adding its icon to the tray, and
stop. If you run "wicd-client -n", it doesn't add an icon, but shows the GUI.

So, either I close this bug, and you use "wicd-client -n" (maybe add an alias
to your shell?), or I implement a "-t", which only puts the trayicon, and a
clean "wicd-client" will add the icon + show the GUI.

I believe I'll go for the second.

Kindly,
David
