could you comment on these two changelog entries, i.e. why not to build with --disable-tic-depends ?

  * Rediffing debian-backspace.dpatch.
  * Removing --disable-tic-depends again; was missunderstanding of mine.
  * Don't symlink doc directories (Closes: #502620).
