I've had a similar problem after upgrading to 1.4.7-1
usb 5-2: usbfs: process 19435 (usb) did not claim interface 1 before use (this is on an HP Deskjet 930C) Reverting to 1.4.6-11+b1 restores the normal behavior. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
