Hello there, almost two years have passed since the last maintainer upload, so I'm afraid this might sound somewhat bitter, but well...

Just for your interest, I was able to build uae-0.8.25, the most recent upstream release, on i386 in an up-to-date Sid pbuilder chroot after applying some changes in the spirit of Andreas Jochen's patch in bug#297251. Just coming back now from a round of Giana Sisters... I'm writing both of you as I really wouldn't like to see uae getting completely removed. Unfortunately currently the package is, to be honest, IMHO in a sorry state (FTBFS for various reasons, no maintainer action for almost two years), but as I see it there are some people interested in getting it into shape again and thus there is still hope. As for myself I don't dare to say I even remotely understand everything the code does, so I wouldn't like to be the sole maintainer, but I can help a little bit... HTH, Flo
