Actually, the bug report is correct. When Ubuntu users upgrade sdlmame-tools from Ubuntu, they will (I guess) have the same problem as with this package. We forgot to add a Breaks: sdlmame-tools to mame-tools, and Breaks: sdlmame to mame.
